1. Order Processing Time

All orders placed before 3pm are processed on the same day. (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays) after payment is confirmed. You will receive a confirmation email with your order details once it has been dispatched.

2. Free Shipping Offer

We are pleased to offer FREE Standard Shipping on all orders over £50 (after any discounts and before shipping costs are applied).

This offer applies to our standard shipping service and is subject to the weight and item restrictions outlined below.

3. Item Restrictions & Pick-Up Only Items

Please note that certain items in our store are marked as "Pick-Up Only."

· For Pick-Up Only Items: These items cannot be shipped and must be collected from our location. The shipping cost will not be calculated for these items at checkout.
· If you require delivery for a Pick-Up Only item, please contact us directly via WhatsApp at +447942675408 before placing your order. We will provide you with a custom delivery quote based on your location and the item's size/weight.

4. Standard Shipping Rates (If order is under £50)

For orders under the £50 free shipping threshold, or if you select standard shipping, the following rates apply:

5. Express Shipping Rates (if order is under £75)

For faster delivery, we offer an Express Shipping service at the following rates:

6. Delivery Times

· Standard Shipping: 2-3 business days after dispatch.
· Express Shipping: 1-2 business days after dispatch.

Please note: These are estimates and not guarantees. Delivery times can be affected by factors outside of our control, such as carrier delays, weather, or public holidays.

7. Important Notes

· Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the total weight of your items.
· The minimum order value of £200 for 30kg shipments is strictly enforced. Orders below this value will not be eligible for the 30kg shipping option.
· We ship throughout the United Kingdom. Please contact us for international shipping quotes.
· Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email to monitor your delivery.
· P.O. Boxes: We are unable to ship to P.O. Box addresses.
