The Lead-Free Plus Flashing is a high-performance, self-adhesive aluminum flashing designed as an alternative to traditional lead flashing in roofing applications. Offering all the benefits of lead without the high cost or environmental impact, this flashing is ideal for both flat and pitched roofs. It provides a reliable solution for areas like abutments, chimneys, dormers, skylights, gutters, and roof valleys, ensuring your roof is fully sealed and protected from the elements.
With a dimpled surface finish, this lead-free flashing ensures excellent durability and weather resistance, while being lightweight and easily cut with scissors or a knife for quick installation. The self-adhesive backing simplifies the application, and it can be worked into any direction by hand or with a mallet or roller. Additionally, this flashing is designed to last, with a minimum life expectancy of 20 years and a 15-year guarantee.

Application Instructions:
Prepare the Surface: Ensure the surface is clean and dry before application for a permanent bond. If the surface is unstable, use Cromar Bituminous Primer.
Cut to Size: Using scissors or a knife, cut the flashing to the desired size. Leave the protective paper in place until the final shape and position are determined.
Fixing the Flashing: Apply and work the flashing into place using a mallet, roller, or by hand. Ensure a minimum overlap of 100mm for any jointing details.
